Now that we're more or less settled in our new house, I finally have time to sit down and write you a thank you note. Alice did an amazing job helping my husband and I closed two loans, two tough loans that could not be closed by other loan agents. One loan was refinance, and the other was new purchase. On the new purchase, Alice got the loan conditionally approved within one week and got the loan closed within three weeks. She made our purchase much easier and smoother. On the refinance, we started with another loan agent and got rejected by the lender. We turned to Alice. She did the loan for us and got it approved by the same lender. Alice is awesome!

Most of my friends spent a couple of months, even years to get their first house but I only spent a couple of weeks to get my dream home. I was trying to refinance a few times over the past few months. I have tried several companies but in many cases, the estimated cost was either too high or some extra fees that were not explained to me. Everything was different when I contacted Alice Hou. She was recommended to me by a colleague of mine and I know one more person who did refinancing through Alice. I contacted her and she immediately replied with estimate of closings costs and loan rate based on the brief information I supplied to her. Then, I filled out all the paperwork, applications, assessment was done, etc. Alice and her team were very proactive for the whole process and answered my numerous questions (this is my first refinance, so I had plenty of them) in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction.
